Hi Reader,
Yesterday's Pain as Portal workshop was pretty awesome! I believe I have found my 'groove'.
These spaces always leave me feeling bitter-sweet; glad that I created the space, and sad that it's over.
But the feedback has me a little emotional (in the best way).
Every single participant rated the experience a 5/5.
But more than the ratings, it's what the participants discovered about themselves that has me wanting to share this with you:
"Pain not as a problem to be fixed, but to integrate and to dive deeper in self-awareness, and embodied truth, and reclaim my inner knowing." - Patti
"'It's not about the answers, it's about the integration.' This really landed with me today... The information gives me more to be curious about what I am experiencing and remembering to trust my body knows how to work with it - I don't have to be the one to intellectually figure it out. This somehow gives me a lot of relief." - Sue
"Noticing how willingly, and quickly, my body responds to show me where the solution lives in my body." - Susan
Do you see what happened here?
These women walked in carrying chronic pain, tinnitus, dizziness, neck and jaw tension - all the physical manifestations that have been "speaking" to them. They came seeking answers, hoping to fix what felt broken.
They left with something far more powerful: the relief of not having to figure it all out.
That shift from "How do I fix this?" to "What is this revealing to me?" - that's where the magic lives. And that's what the workshop is all about.
If you're here, you're probably carrying something too. Some pain, some discomfort, some persistent "thing" that your body keeps presenting, and part of you is exhausted from trying to solve it with your mind.
If so, grab the replay here. You can't be live, but you can listen on your terms and ask me questions via email, if any come up.
Because this work - this paradigm of trusting your body's intelligence, of staying curious instead of certain, of discovering what lives at the intersection of pain and revelation - happens when you're willing to step into a different conversation with yourself.
The women in yesterday's workshop? They're already integrating. They're already noticing how their bodies respond differently when they approach pain as portal instead of problem.
And every single one of them said they'd recommend this to a friend.
If you've been waiting for permission to stop trying to fix yourself and start listening to what your body is actually revealing...
If you're ready to discover what lives in that space between the pain and the integration...
If you want to experience that relief of not having to figure it all out with your mind...
Grab the replay here.
Your body has been trying to tell you something. Maybe it's time to listen.
P.S. One participant shared: "No matter how long I have lived my life in this paradigm, there is always more to learn about me." This work isn't a destination - it's a way of being with yourself. The replay gives you an introduction to begin (or deepen) that relationship.
